Pour a generous amount into your hands or a bowl, warm slightly, and apply evenly to the body. For traditional Nuru massages, use our waterproof PVC Bedsheet. After use, rinse off easily with warm water or wash in the washing machine at max. 30 degrees. Do not use fabric softener.
While Nuru Gel is skin-safe and water-based, it’s formulated for external body massage only. For intimate use, choose a lubricant product specifically designed for that purpose.
